Today I heard this dharma, quote:
"When there is presence... suffering will dissolve. Why? Because suffering is not real". You might be forgiven to think that this dharma quote comes from a Zen traditional teacher. But no. This quote came from a Theravada teacher. When the mind is focus on the present moment, whatever is unreal will not last. This is the gist of it.
So, I'll let you reflect on it. See what you think of it.
